Just Published in Sew Somerset, Winter 2011

I haven't got my copy yet so not sure how my artwork has been shown but I do know that this issue is out because I have already had a comment about it.  It was so long ago that I sent it in to Stampington & Co but that's the nature of the beast I guess.

Here are some photos I took before I posted it off:-

I can't wait to get my copy to see how it looks and also can't wait to get it back home again so that it can go on display somewhere.

Congratulations! Wow, what an honor to be chosen. I can only dream one day to have this honor.

Beautiful piece you submitted, I would want it back, too.

I just got my issue last night and had planned on emailing you. It's beautiful Barbara! Congratualtions, it's a gorgeous piece of art you have created and of course Somerset would want it for their publication!

Your wall hanging is so beautiful! I forgot to mention when I commented earlier about seeing your submission in the magazine that you have a whole page. Congratulations.

Congratulations! (I'm in this issue too) My copy did arrive, but I have already lent it to a friend (before I read it!) so I have to wait a few days to see your work!

Barbara! Congratulations!!! What a magnificent piece you created. The colors, texture, elements, and detail work are scrumptious. I'm so happy for you. It's always wonderful to see bloggy friends I've met show up in the pages of a Somerset magazine. Since I typically buy this one, you can be sure I'll enjoy it even more than usual just because I'll feel a more personal connection because of your featured item! Enjoy walking around in the clouds & hope your personal issue arrives soon! Xo, Sue

Dear Barbara
I bought my mag on Saturday.
The first thing I did was look for your submission!
It's totally divine! Every detail has your name to it - the tiny buttons and I adore the blue and white trims - the tiny one down the L/H side I particularly covet!!!!
This is exquisite in every detail, really it deserved to be on the front page!
